    A mutual NDA is standard on every engagement — nothing is shared without explicit permission.

  • Data ownership

    Every system we build is deployed on your own infrastructure — nothing sits in ours.

  • Agreements

    A signed Data Processing Agreement is in place before any work touching client data begins.

  • Model training

    Client data is never used to train or fine-tune models outside your own system.

We started Fenro because the gap in the market is not model quality — it's the distance between a convincing demo and a system that still behaves on a Tuesday in March, on real data, after the person who commissioned it has moved on.

Graduate of ETH Zurich. Handles the commercial side of the practice: scoping the work, turning what a business actually needs into something buildable, and staying close to the client through delivery. On the technical side he works across backend architecture, data governance and deployment.

Philip Rocki

BSc in Amsterdam, then an MSc in Computer Science with a specialisation in Artificial Intelligence. Worked as an AI engineer at Siemens in Zug, building AI applications for productivity and internal workflow optimisation across finance and HR. Works across the full stack, from model development and fine-tuning through to production deployment.
